NGD PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF ACCESS IN SERVER Havem!!
I want to play how much longer I have to wait???????????
I can not stand this lack of respect for the client, if the own suport me say that I would not have no problem.
You should at least give a prioritized in attendance.
I want a solution and not an evasive answer like "have patience we are checking"

For those who don't know what this is all about:
NGD fusioned the brasilian/portugues server Piranha with the RA server.
However after that the players with former Piranha account had a new server in their world list called "Piranha (closed)" -
this was actually just a redirect to the english Haven server and a lot of players entered there creating and levelling up chars and even NGDs support told them that they could keep playing "without any problems" on this server.
After some months this server entry just disappeared in the launcher and they could no more access their Haven characters. NGD replied to their complaints with an " be patient, we still don't know how we will handle this problem but we will do something"... that was 5 or more weeks ago and it seems that the patience of some players is over now.
Anyway 5 weeks is nothing if we speak about bugs in Regnum, the Linux client is broken since 10 or 11 months (authentication stuff not working) and beside a "wtf" from one developer no reaction from NGD. xD

Thanks for explaining. Yes that does sound really nasty and I'd be outraged, too. Let's be honest, we all make mistakes and screw shit up. But NGDs communication with the people that put time and money into this game is severely poor.
We have no updates because of Holidays (OK, fair enough), then they come back to a power outage in the office. You know what I do? Remote from home. I have ssh access, version control and a laptop. Do you need much more to do a little work? Why do you need an office? Alternatively, use that downtimes to just post a few short answers to queries so we know you're still there and even remotely care.
The OP deserved his ban for some of the words he said to NGD on their forums, but I can understand his frustration. I hope they fix his account, and everyone else on that server. "Please be patient" works for a week or two max. Not 5. After that they deserve a little more of an update so they can decide to invest any more time in a company that lets them down, or move onto something else.

Honestly the NGD Studios is not getting the ball with their "clients" I for one have invested nearly $ 500 booster, mounts, clothing, and I am tired of creating posts asking to improve ping and exclusive. The same thing happens with the support, "please wait" after a month close the topic and talk you "can not solve your problem."
Comparing with the support NGD Blizzard, the Brizzard of the Convention of 10 0.
We want a fair support and a decent game without bug with events in Ra that almost nothing has changed to the Piranha, out in the Ra and players only have a few items and events, when the Piranha was one of the best servers, was a direct one event per week, we were not renegades, the administration did its part and almost every day at least one GM entered, which does not happen in Ra.
If this keeps up, I think the Regnum will go bankrupt and have to sell the shit out of the toilet.

We all know(our old players), NDG support=nada.
Ppl accidently sold gears to the merchant(good lucky, Ngd stuffs can do nada). Ppl bought items From auction house, then items got mysteriously disppeared. You send many tickets, they closed them asked you to wait, so I waited and waited, after over half a year. They ask u, when exactly u got the items to exact date, rough guessing is not accepted, does it make sense to you.

We don't deny this. Our support service needs a lot of improvement.
The user got banned because a moderator saw the insults and even if someone is right, there's no need to reach those instances.
Our office got back to normal day by day iterations yesterday. We'll be issuing a solution to this problem in the next days.
I'll close this. We'll let you know as soon as something is decided.
