Minimising game causes it to crash

Hey guys,

At first this wasn't much of an issue, but now it's becoming annoying. If I alt+enter to change window, then refocus Regnum, it crashes instantly. Being able to switch windows is quite handy, so having it crash everytime when I try to do this is pretty frustrating. Any ideas to stop it from happening?

Distro: Debian stable 7.5 (wheezy) 64bit.

This is very very very old problem. Every time it happens i keep submitting reports in hope they will fix this.

I noticed it does not crash if i do not touch window - if i resize, minimize, maximize or move the CoR windows causes crashes of the game. So usually i only make it windowed and switch to browser and so on, but without touching game window.

Ah, this works for me too thanks. If I just alt+enter to take it off fullscreen, then alt+tab through my window lists, I can keep it in the background without it crashing. It only seems to be when I minimise it. This is a good workaround for now, but to have it fixed eventually would be even better.

Same happening to me, not all the time but in 1/3 cases. Pretty annoying, i am used to switch windows often.
Ubuntu 12.04 32bit

This bug started like 3 years ago, before i could minimize/resize the window without any problems. As usual NGD seems to ignore the problem.

Ya', old bug. Game is just so UNWi3ldY. So, I play in windowed mode, adjust the onscreen image upwards to hide the window frame (using alt+hold-right-mouse-button) & never technically minimize; I minimize other apps & use a task bar that auto-hides to bring them up if ever needed without ever minimizing CoR. Seems to work as game doesn't crash doing it this way. Good Luck....
