View Full Version : Authorization code new computer does not work

Hi,

I have re-installed my computer and upon starting the game, it requires an authorization code.

However, this code is not being sent to my e-mail that is registered in my account (I have also checked the spam folders etc).

I also checked my e-mail account that I have used before and it is also not in there.

What is the issue here?

Hi NGD!

Same here. Just reinstalled system on my computer and not received activation code.

BTW. I placed thread on linux forum about 64bit libraries, but it looks that there is some problem with gtk-2.0 themes and game compatibility resulting in segmentation fault. Please look into and fix that problem in next game release.

the same happens to me, password and email change solicitations are sent without any problem, but the code is not given to my email

I have tried to login again and I received an code now. For me everything is fine now

This week we had some problems with the authorization codes mail server.

Currently this problem is solved and new authorization codes should arrive properly.
