Mouse problems

Whenever I go on my mouse is roughly 50 pixels offset. The mouse has to be below the button to click it. Recently, I found out that I have to minimize the game and then maximize it for the mouse to work right.

I have same problem if the resolution is too high and I selected "full screen" at prompt....try to un-select full screen and join , later press Alt+enter to switch to full screen.....
