Crash While Loading Resources

If I tick "update all resources at once" the client will crash about 10min into the loading screen prior to character selection. I am forced to leave this unticked and load resources while in game. This causes lag etc.. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

I'm guessing nobody has answered this yet because it's quite a strange problem. Generally speaking, update all resources usually fixes issues rather than creating them. Try update all resources and safe mode - see if that makes any difference. Some people have had luck using update all resources and window mode, but I fail to see why that would work. If all else fails, remove and reinstall the game.
Out of curiosity - are you running on Windows, Mac or Linux?
