The following are issues I have noticed with Conjurors up to level 18.

Pet Spells and Levels
While I've been able to figure out for myself the strengths and weaknesses of each pet, I think it would be a helpful addition to the mouse-over box to explain a little bit about each pet type and what they do best. In addition, it would be helpful to clarify exactly what change is made by adding a level to a pet spell beyond the additional +50 mana casting cost.

Pet Summoning
About one in ten times I will receive the message that I've successfully cast the pet summon spell, the pet will appear for about a second, and then despawn. This occurs more often when I'm attempting to summon a new pet just before the old pet dissappears and for a moment I will have two pets in play. Then both usually despawn and I'm left facing an angry monster. :jacky_chun:

Pet Unsummoning
Please add in a feature which warns the caster when their pet is getting close to despawning. I realize the current "pet goes invisible but continues fighting" is a good clue, but it's also a somewhat annoying one. Either a countdown timer or just having the pet icon flash would be greatly appreciated.

Combat AI
There is currently an issue with the monster AI during combat that causes the monster to be unable to clearly determine the threat. Sometimes, even when the pet has dealt considerably more damage, the monster will turn on the Conjuror. This occurs often if the conjuror is within a range of about 10m to his pet as the monster is entering combat. While this isn't a big deal for a good Conjuror, this is the sort of monster behavior which gets a pet class yelled at during large scale raids; the Conjuror is accused of being unable to control their aggression. This is frustrating, since it's not something the player is doing, but the actual AI. :dumbofme:

Hi
I agree with you in point 1 and 3.
Point 2 is actually a known bug and NGD is working on that, that's happening mostly when you're near other conjurer. Point 4 looks fine to me, when your invoc attack a monster it has a delay between hits, if you attack in that delay the monster change and target you, mostly when the previous attack from your invoc failed. The monster hasn't started to attack your invoc and receive damage from you, so it think you're the target. yea, i know, hard to time the attack but you always can turn away and your invoc will attack and get the monster attention (less damage to your invoc:-))
Well, cya ingame

Hi,
it has been a while since it was discussed in the spanish boards, but summoning is planned to change completely. How or when, it is not known; but there are more problems with summoning than the ones you just mentioned.

Cheers.

My biggest gripes with magic users in this game are:
1) the mana cost for most of the spells is just outrageous - to kill 1 mob takes minimum 50% of my mana
2) the buffs are waaaay to short lived - 60 seconds for a buff that cost me 300 mana points?? get real!

It'd be nice also to be able to sit while your pet fights, but as it is now as soon as you sit your pet stops fighting which seems silly from a common sense standpoint. As it is right now, there really isn't a big deal because a good conjurer will be able to work around that with timing, but still it would be a welcome addition. However, I have taken note of imasu's note which says everything will change - maybe this'll be one.

To crabdog: Remember also to balance mana cost with regen. This game has by FAR the fastest mana and health regen I've EVER encountered in an MMORPG. Yes more mana is spent, but you gain it back very quickly - strategy is required.

Could you please tell the rest of us what these strengths weaknesses are for the dif summons? Think it woul dbe very helpful to us to know and like you said should be in the description but till then if you could explain it in here it would be great. Probably should make a new topic for it not in tech support though I guess.
thanks in advance.
