Help with buying Ximerin with Steam wallet

People told me that you could buy ximerin using Steam wallet by downloading RO on steam and then logging in on RO using steam. I did that, but when I click on "Buy Ximerin" in xim store it still sends me to the NGD site but now on the Steam overlay.

Does anyone know why I can't or how I can fix this? The Steam wallet would be the only way I can buy xim.

You can buy ximerin with steam if your account 'belongs' to steam. If it is from NGD/Gamesamba it wont be possible.

Is there no way to maybe link my account to steam? It's the only way i could buy xim.
