Hello,
I recently did a format on laptop and when I tried to get into the game a message appeared "unable to initialize direct 3d ". Tried couple more times and now it says user already logged in. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks in advance

You just need to wait. Sometimes it takes a minute or an hour. Even more. If you have to wait to much. You should send a ticket

Yes I know that but this direct 3d message will be solved?

Says " error initializing direct 3d renderer"

That means that when you reinstalled your system you forgot to:

- Install the driver of your video card.
- Reinstall Regnum with its installer.

Please check you have your video card drivers up to date and, just in case, then reinstall the DirectX runtimes necessary for Regnum to run:
