Hello,

It is basically what it says on the title, I've check my email multiple times, even tried to sent multiple code but not receiving any.

Each time I have tried the automated password reset system, I get a blank email in my inbox with no text or links to follow. The automated password recovery system is broken. You will have to submit a ticket via NGD support to recover your account. Good luck!
