Hello,
I cannot max graphic settings in CoR on my laptop but only because game doesn't detect it xD This is what I'm using:
i7 8750H
GTX 1050
Win10 64

Some graphic options are disabled in game but when I was using old graphic card HD7770 there were no issues and all options were available. :)

You have to make sure that you assign regnum to be played with your NVIDIA 1050 video card, then you should be able to play the game smoothly.
You can do that in the nvidia driver settings. They don't detect CoR as a game automatically (apperently nvidia doesn't know that CoR is a game but knows about the last indie title) but then it should work.

So you it can run on max settings without problems?

Maybe we were still on Haven. But with Ra you need something with a little more power. I never recommend laptops for gaming anyway unless you're willing to spend a lot on a good gaming one and at that point it would be cheaper to get a desktop.

Give this a try:
NVidia Control Panel -> manage 3D settings -> Global Settings -> Power management mode -> Prefer Maximum Performance
Regnum should recognise your GFX card now

I use it all the time. The options still stay disabled. :) Also CoR does not detect my GPU.

Weird. As far as I knew Regnum's 'not supported graphics' message only relates to the graphics cards it can actually detect. Certainly the error message in the screenshot is relating to your Intel on-board graphics (I've had the same message a laptop when the dedicated graphics card wasn't being used.
If you're on windows 10 open up the task manager and check the performance tab. If the Intel GPU is showing usage but the Nvidia card is showing 0% then you likely don't have your graphics card set up.
You can add RO to the programs the your GPU recognises. Make sure you add the game and the launcher!

Yep, CoR using GPU (GTX 1050) but what I mean here is the thing that STILL whenever I'm in the game and want to change graphic settings some options are disabled.

You have to change render quality to very high.
