Is the server down? [Archive] - Champions of Regnum

I've tried logging in and keep getting the "cannot establish a connection with the server" message. When I check online it shows that there are ~320 users online. I was just wondering if it is my connection or if there are others with the same problem.

when the server is down the web page can't refresh
