Error message

Ok I downloaded the game today, but i keep getting an error message when I try to log on it says

error installing direct 3d render

So what can I do to fix this?

Did you try installing the latest version of DirectX and your graphic's card newest driver?

Ok updated direct x still had same promblem i have no idea how to update my graphics card becuase I dont even know were to find it

Go to the "Options" in the top left corner of the window, go to "Select Renderer" and choose OpenGL.
