Old player - Char deleted

Hi,

I was unable to play for a long time, to notice today all my char were deleted from my account.

I had a level 40 barbarian with some cash, and premium money, also a nice PvP rank.
and also a hunter middle level (around 15/20).

Does it's posible to retreive it? Or there was a complete database wipe?

Hmmm not yet, it's mostly why i post here.
At least to have confirmation or some help to recover things.

However, I read sthg about some reset, maybe that's the reason.
But i admit i would be less sad knowing i'm not the only one to who it happened.

If you stoped playing during BETA then your characters are gone. All characters got wiped at the end of May
