Doesn't charge

Is it normal that it takes an hour to charge the game??that was today..i mean...it never happened to me before.
Other thing is that it would be great if you coul fix crashes and lag...if you could regulate and control the server ping.

I think by charge he means load the resources...and about the lag and crashes, they've only got 7 or 8 developers, and they're always working on that...it seems to have gotten better over the last couple of weeks.

Actually I have noticed the resources taking longer to load lately. Just be patient ;)

between 9-10 am CET it takes ages to login.
