...the forums. Sorry, couldn't resist the mock drama of it all. Anyway, to the point...

Since playing Regnum, I've been amongst a minority of users, we hold out with our minority wishes. Regnum has sadly, for some of us at leat, become a "gamerz" game, this I do accept. To the greater proportion of users it's about hitting level 50 as quickly as possible, using the most powerful equipment regardless of style, resetting your skill tree for PVP, so you can win the most fights, and score the most RP.
I see wonderful other aspects to this game, it's entirely possible they will never happen, as the minority I'm part of, is just that, a minority.
Participating on the forums, and not seeing any evidence of RPG or realm vs realm development, have combined to make me very apathetic about playing at all. I was definitely happier when I was ignorant of the direction of development, and what the masses wanted, and viewed as important.
So I am going to disappear into the loving arms of the company, and see if I can find some renewed love for this game I've invested so much time with, and go back to each patch being a cute surprise, even if only by merit of new monsters and quests or items each time. I'm sure the unavoidable fact I'm a now a level 46 marksman who generally can't be bothered to fight in fort wars, or hunt enemy levellers, since RP is sadly not a stimulating enough concept for me, this fact, will rear it's head at some point, but hopefully I'll get to enjoy the game for a while longer if I stay away from being reminded about that fact on these forums.
For any of you who have the energy and passion to still support either of the primary development threads I started, I wish you the best;

Also if anybody of a less competitive, more RPG orientated mind set wishes to join the ghosts, don't hesitate to contact me. Myself and Mersault are trying to think up some narratives to to play out situations, with goals, and locations, and plots of some kind. I'm not sure how it's going to work yet, but if it does prove to be fun, hopefully it will extend the lifespan of my playing experience for lack of anything else to do when the quests dry up and the war zone still just feels like an over grown death match arena.
On another note, if anybody is forming, or part of an Ignitian English speaking clan, and would like to work together with other clans to make things more fun, check out this link;

Well I think that's it, have fun y'all.
