Hola^^
I finished a new Regnum Video.
It has quite a different style then the other videos (different music etc.).
Personally I don't like that music so much but it should rather fit to the broad mass then the metal stuff in the other videos.
Also it is nearly a pure Fort Fight movie. It's the first with the new components in my box, so I wanted to test some stuff related to FPS recording.
All in all I'd like to say that it's rather experimental. I tested some new effects I did not use before, played a bit with the hughe number of different codecs.
Just one note:
There is a little sound bug that occured while rendering the vid. It did not occure in the editing phase so I am not able to find it. A pro would make it, I guess, but I am no pro
The story I made around this was a very spontanous idea because I liked the intro song so much and I wanted a situation where it could fit.
So I "invented" a story. Btw, the initiation zones of Alsius and Ignis are nicer than the one from Syrtis^^
I was suprised, too that I could achieve a constant framerate of 30 FPs in the video (I did not try more, because it is senseless.. you won't recognize this in a video) and I still hat more than 22 ingame during that battle.
So take a look at the video yourself. Its a bit long with 16 minutes but unfortunately I don't care^^

The quality at google is really poor... I tried uploading it at Veoh.com but they removed it without a notice... I dunno why. I try to find out.
So far... Have fun, if you want ;)
€dit:
I just noticed that my other videos are removed due to inactivity at filefront.com. I'll check if I still got 'em on my harddisk and I'll reload them as soon as possible.

Ive seen it half, but now i have to download it, cause the quality is too bad at google video to see whats goin on at pinos ;-) Nice story and nice work until now ( I like your burning effects, Odysee 2001 like ;-))

Yeah... like I said... Veoh removed it. I think they think it was a "black copy" of a film. I used the same codec as people use for such rips. I'll try a different codec right now.
The burning effects were planned for the Elvenpath already, but however my old graphic card was not able to render that oO)
And I also think I need to search a new filehoster. The page of filefront is soooo slow.

Sloooow.... 4% this far... I really want this movie :(
Can't look at the video using Google Video either, Firefox will complain about missing plugin (even if newest flash is installed), and in Konqueror it works but the movie won't buff...

Awww...
I used another codec... still removed after 10 seconds. But according to their forums it seems to be a bug... I'll see....

Thanks Inkster :)
