for some reason i can't play the game at first it said i needed the profiles permisson to download dirext something but i can't find it and its really annoying as i want to play the game

the message says D3DX9_31.DLL not found, Direct3D Supportis not availabe, please dowload latest installer from regnum online website

The latest version of DirectX is packaged with Regnum. Just run the installer.

I don't think so.
