Ok so after I wait 15-20 minutes for the game to "download rescources" and I enter the world there are some pretty major graphic glitches.

-The compass in the upper right hand corner is a huge box and looks nothing like what I have seen in screen shots.
-The cities and villages do not load. I can see the players and NPC's standing in the cities but where the city would be is replaced by a big hole, and if I try to enter I become stuck and must "die" and restart the 15-20 minute process of entering the game.
-Some of the creatures appear to me as technicolored boxes.
-Some PC's and NPC's appear to be all white. Or do not show up at all.

There is a bar that says "downloading" over where my health and mana bars are it gets to about 90% and stops.

Im not sure if these are common, if there is something I can do to fix this. I have already turned the graphics way down, which I shouldnt have to do, since my computer more than excedes the minimum requirements.

Other than that it looks like a great game, Im really excited to play it, I just wish I was not running into these problems.

If anyone has any suggestions or comments I would really appericate it.

Did you try enabling the "Update all resources at once" option? This will do exactly what it says, but you'll have to wait prob'ly a few hours for it to finish loading at the character selection screen. This only has to be done once and after it has finished loading you can click on play.

No, where can I find this option?

A few hours? Why does it take so long? I thought 20 minutes was bad, it only took me 1.5 hours to download the entire game, what could possibly take a few hours?

After you enter your usrename and pass, it'll bring you to the launcher screen where you can select either the live or experimental server. At the top of the screen is the options menu. Click it and enable the Update all resources at once option. You'll only have to let the launcher update it once and after that you shouldn't have to wait long anymore. Everytime NGD updates the game however, you'll probl'y have to spend a few minutes updating again. The first time you entered the game, it only loaded a portion of all resources (which is why it took about 20 minutes only).
