Sounds like it should work ... I'm playing with worse specs except for the ram (1024MB), but granted I play on the lowest setting. My video is integrated GMA 950 though ... I read a review which was pretty harsh towards that video setup so I can't say for sure.

It'll be borderline and if it works, you'll be running on bare minimum.
