Game wont load help please!

ok so this game has been working fine until today. it crashed and then when i tried to reload it it gets to the page where you pick you character fine but after that it crashes. When it is verify and connecting to world i keep getting various error messages(screen shots below). Ive tried unintalling and instaling the game and downloading it again but that doenst help. I can not shut down my computer or restart it bc it will crash but this is not the cause of this problem i am having with the game. Please help me Thanks:)

you probably should delete the whole regnum folder and reinstall the complete game

i tried that and when i did it skipped installing the files im having an issue with. i dont understand why it wouldnt install those files but i think thats what the problem is just dont know how to fix it lol
