can't connect to server

Cannot establish server connection error.

Running on Ubuntu (Gutsy) and I do not have problems with my connection to the internet. According to RegnumOnline, they are doing maintenance, but it reports the server is running.

Using RA (International) server.

Any help?

How do you know the server is running?
