I can't log on anymore - "Error 2"

Everytime I try and log on, it will start to load - but then just a second before it fully loads it dies and an error message comes up:-

^^ This is the screen where it dies, just as it finishes loading.

I have already uninstalled it and downloaded it again - and that didnt work :ohill:

Don't install the game on the Program Files folder. That's something that has to be fixed.

You can install it wherever you want, but not there.

He has reinstalled the game multiple times...

Uninstall it then reinstall it outside the program files folder.
