when i tryto login the whole computer goes black and i have to shut it off.(esc. and ctrl+alt+del does not do anything)

i think its loading resources let it load for 5 minutes maxed if nothing changes shut the program and look for more usefull information on the forum

try reinstaling, droping quality, or try th experimental server

Delete the characters.* files on the liveserver folder inside regnum too.
