Acording to my research, the sun is "t3h big glowing thingie" in the sky that looks like a xenon reflector (i.e.: big, hot, shiny lamp). It is a nuclear fusion reactor that holds the entire solar system together. The energy that the sunrays pack is soooo powerful that can burn your skin if exposed directly at an angle of 90° (that's 12:00hs), causing extremely painful side effects such as red skin, cancer and vitamin d (used by normal people to fixate calcium to the bones, but we don't need them).

On my research I found out that without the proper protection it can hurt your eyes, which may be used as a weapon. That's why I'm carrying a mirror now... You know, flashbang nades are quite expensive now.

On a side note: sea water seems to have some therapeutic uses when healing sunlight burns. Oh, and you get something the "normies" (the people who live during light hours) call "suntan" (but I didn't...).

I HAVE SEEN IT!!! I'll never get out of my room during light hours without a protective suit. BTW, it's a good power source that we should use, the solar panels proved to be efficient to power up my cellphone.

But we will die anyway, because alter the Andromeda galaxy will collapse with our Milky Way and both black holes will swallow every start and planet in the area.

Oh... You mean that it's going to become a Red Giant and then a white dwarf, yeah. It's going to "eat" Mercury, melt Venus and the Earth. The only place where you could possibly live would be Europa/e, the moon (not the continent xD).

And regarding to Andromeda... If we're lucky, we'll be out of the main collision, in the opposite side of the Milky Way vs Andromeda crash. Both galaxies are going to pass through them like ghosts, but gravity is going to take them apart.

Oh, gravity could also shoot a lot (and I mean A LOT) of rocks (i.e.: asteroids, comets...) to the Earth. Jupiter won't be able to shield us for too long, since Arthur C. Clarke said there's a black monolith there and it's going to become a nother sun (Joke, but Jupiter alone won't be enough).

Luckily, as we're at 3/4 of the centre of the Milky Way we won't get swallowed by any black hole. Interestingly enough, we can get hit by a gamma ray shockwave (not the band, the radiation).

Meh, the only dangerous thing about supernovas is the gamma rays... We only get to see one per 300 that explode!

The bug crunch due to the massive mass (I'm being redundant xD) or the big scratch due to the black matter (yeah, it sounds pretty funny) are both horrible ways to die. Though, if we find out a way to travel back in time we could "live" forever.

On a side note... There's nothing that prohibits time from running backwards. Quantic Mechanics say that's possible. I'd like to see portal and time technologies developed before I die (and quantum computers too, but that's the primary step).
