Problem with menu page

Hello everybody, I'm loading Regnum on Ubuntu 7.10, Intel core 2 duo and i'm having a little problem with the menu page.

In fact, I dl the installer, launch the game, connect peacefully. Then the game launch 2 videos, and then I get a grey&whtie screens, with some whites square I guess it should be text but I can't see & do nothing

My video card is an Intel GMA 950, i saw it's not well supported, but I hoped as the game was not showing any error msg it would not raise problems

I suggest you to wait for the Regnum resource download to finish, that might solve it :)

Check the upper left corner for the progress

In fact, as I'm talking to you, it has already finished for severals minutes :(

It seems like if it's some kind of texture error...
I would suggest you to try and get into the game and check how it's looking in there.

Maybe only the menu screen is looking like that.

Well, the problem is : how to get into the game ? I'm blind (I mean the text does not help me) Could you guide me?

The screen you see (or not see :P) is the realm selection screen.

But now I see no button or anything

thanks a lot, I created a chara, and the game is downloading some files. I hope it will work.

I looked in my Regnum directory, and I found an 'errorlog'

Delete or rename (renaming is better) the data*.* in the regnum folder. The autopatcher and game should re-download them... It will take a long time, but that might solve your problem.

Xephandor : I have already try such a mnipulation (in fatc, deleting everything except the rolauncher) but I well try again

Also try "download all resources at once"

Have you tried using the driconf to enable the s3 filters? Let me search on the Spanish forum, that SHOULD work.

All ressource downloaded in once (took a long time) but nothing have changed :s
In fact, I use driconf since the begining

I changed an other setting in driconf ("announce hardware limit") and now everything is good.
