Did you try with pills? Of course, ask to a doctor first... Try relaxation with music, it helps me a LOT. Oh, and don't drink coffee or tea at night. :P

Sorry, not drinking coffee is a no no. Coffee is the only thing that keeps me awake at work. I work 16 hours straight sometimes. Everyday. But the music tip is good. I haven't done that for a long time, thanks.
