Yeah, I noticed this problem happens when there more then 600+ users, probably the server is loaded to much with processing information, idk.

i don't know really. it looks like it's more time than load triggered. but i might be totally wrong.

sometimes i log in with no problem when there are 700 users. sometimes i can't get inside with 500 users...

just a matter of luck. if you try at the right moment it's ok. sometimes it lasts 30s, sometimes 5 or 10 min (maybe more, i usually do something else while waiting so i ddidn't time) plus the time you need fo the world to load...

Normally it happens when there's a lot of users online...500+ for example.

Hay que esperar. La base de datos está muy exigida y tarda en responder. Está en nuestros planes inmediatos agregar un nuevo servidor de base de datos para aliviar la carga.

You have to wait. The database is busy and responds to slow.

NGD has immediate plans to add a new database server to ease the burden.

I don't know how to explain this in scientific way but waiting a long time for a solution that has been announced is really better than trying to beg (even for a short time) for one and having the feeling that nothing is going to / can be done...

It doesn't always have to do with how many users are online - the db server could be backing up, synchronizing with the xp server, defragmentation of the data pages on the hard disk.... A db server is no simple thing ;)

When they will fix this? I am looking for avaible characters from about 3 minutes and nothing. And I have 6mbps internet connection. I am getting bored.

Unfortunatly nope. I even wonder if my char will be already 50 at the next characters update on Amun ;)
