ok, I try:
Update: every german speaking player will understand "Update" (first capital big), but you can use real german too. Then it is "Auffrischung" or "Aktualisierung". For your purpose the best way to say is either "Update" or "aktualisieren".
World: "Welt", but I think you mean the different servers. For this I suggest to use "Server"
Options: Best way to say is "Einstellungen"
Exit: Leave it as it is. "Exit" will be understood by every german I think. The german word "Ausgang" is not a common expression for a button which shows how to leave a computer program.
The map has changed: Gigo's translation was correct, but better would be to say: "Die Karte wurde geändert". If you mean with this that the map was updated it is best way to say: "Die Karte ist aktualisiert worden"
