THIS IS SO WRONG... just because we don't speak fluent spanish... we lose the chance to get free ximerin.... RACIST and UNFAIR....

Normally this wouldnt bother me... but with the new fatigue system this is downright BOGUS!!!!!

im very bothered by it.. not for me.. but for everyone else.... it doesnt effect me... at all... because theres nothign i need xp for... or xim for... but... to give xim to devs free... and only to allow fluent spanish speakers to be devs... is just wrong... what perks are these.... people are dropping off slowly.. and mainly the people online now are just there to complain..:fingers:

Well no, you are using the term "racist" wrong (and way out of line), living in Argentina is one pre-requisite for employees, that has nothing to do with racial discrimination but with a company policy, that you may or may not agree with.

Also, that we as Regnum developers have free ximerin is like saying that Rob Pardo should pay for World of Warcraft? Im not even going there.

And if you are referring to the Balance Team (which seems more likely), they are not "Devs" but volunteers, and the pre-requisite about being fluent in spanish is another company policy that you may or may not agree with. This is basically for convenience as we are a small team and we communicate better in spanish (and I still don't know why I have to explain this).

the point was that you give free xim to the balance team members... and they are gloating in it.. there is no way that they can make fair choices regarding things that do not effect them... and cannot effect them... (they won't speak out on this out of fear of losing their perks)

and balance team members are not HIRED by you.. they do assist in the DEVelopment of the game... thus to me they will always be DEV's

and from whats going on.. they are not doing a wonderful job with balance...

I spoke with a member of the balance team. They receive a limited amount of ximerin, and it's not a lot, just enough to test some of the premium content that may affect gameplay on the warzone and versus mobs.

Regarding to the Spanish thing: DM, not everyone's skilled enough to speak English fluently, and that may include some of the members at NGD. Communication is an arbitrary process, and they can't let misunderstandings to happen. They ought to be sure that skills and calculations are done correctly or that the suggestions are logical enough to modify the game.

It's the same reason why a company like Blizzard demands their employees to speak English, even if they're on the lower ranks of the company.

It's because I have 10000 thoughts in my mind, and I and delegating which ones I choose with great care. I can type like a decent person or keep my ... style... i like this better... its awesome... Really though, I am not saying more on it... NGD can give everyone xim in AMUN to test things when needed. This will also help promote the entire XIM process..

Demon Monger, this thread is ridicules. The balance team members don't get paid because they speak Spanish, but because they put many time in this game. If you want "free"(it isn't they work for it) learn Spanish yourself. (like some people study to get a job)
