friend needs help

MY FRIEND needs help, my friend logs in and everything goes well until i reach the point when i press play and then the outlines of the fullscreen come out but not completely and then it says game chrashed. i am seriously frustrated i want to play the game as soon as possible!!! I try the port 80 stuff but still that is not the problem and neither is the proxy, what should i do? but please answer PRONTO!!!:thumb_down: :ohill:

Hi jp.

When the game crash, generate itself an "crash message", then, restart the launcher, and put the description of what are u doing before the crash... even the progs that running are.

This could give to NGD the idea of what kind of issue are there.

It´s important that message like anything, just for the engine dep. to make the adjustments.

Fill that message window.

In my xp, this issues come in particular machines, so, if ur friend can reach another, when the team of ngd is working on that, he can play along u.
