I miss the old setup of the game. Right now it is too much out of balance. I think it was just as much out of balance before, but since people didn't know which skills were overpowered, they didn't use them all the time :p.

I miss the fort wars and the better balance among players of every class playing (right now, way too many Archers).

I hope things get better...

As for my old playing sessions, they were fun but that's the past and I don't miss them especially. I think of them as fun moments with companions and good ownages :D.

Well. Ignis is becoming like Syrtis. A lot of awesome players in Syrtis have tried after the beta not to have their realm become sucky. They tried but they failed, you just can't fight on the reason ground against hordes of preteens :D. The same is happening to Ignis, slower. And to Alsius, even slower. I just chose Alsius as a shelter because since fewer people choose it as a realm, it degrades slower, but in exchange it has a lot of other downsides (as the lack of taste for fort wars since 2-3 months only partly explained by the lag). Fortunately a lot of other people have chosen Alsius as shelter too and we are a small community of exiles enjoying better companionship :).

Please no :( it makes me sick now to look at all the Ignis barbarians running around. I picked the barbarian because it was the unpopular underdog class (to knights at the time) Those were the great days when you would see tons of knights around Samal.

Now all you see is a desert overrun by noob barbarians, (most of them South Crossers) its gay, makes me feel like starting a different class. If I do go back to Regnum, it will probably be on the next underdog class, and you know which one that is.

i remeber soo long ago :ohill: the un toughy gigos pathetic story of how this game got to the top of the rolercoster and fell and broke waaay to fast now we are spinning like crazy not sure where we will go.(DNT READ ITS CRAP)

i started playing RO and i saw the good ass quality i was wowed coming from RS but too much laag and eventualy after being banned for the 1000000 time from RS droped quality and tryed again picked syrtis because we had most forts ignis just meni and imperia alsius nothing and green is my favorite color ^^.

i picked an elf for being random and tryed to make him loock non gay and after seeing so many somons went to the conju trainer and got my zomby then back to rub it on noobs faces.

MY FIRST CLAN :bounce: i think something $yrti$ had over 200 ppl and i was only noob with 2nd lowest rank YAAAAY \0/. i loved those ppl holas and gringos in the same clan and i helping them translate. when they got disbaned i was like WTF and felt alone since ppl dnt chat much in noob zone. but then i meet tanahans and since my friend is brasilian i joined the clan for the heck of it but when he found out he talked so much spam they kicked him out for the sake of reading the clan chat...and again alone.

INFERNUS: this guy is cool shortly after i got kicked out i was in fisgael lloking for a home since my crack adict ways got me kicked out. he was making a clan and at lvl 16 i was what he needed. i helped him out and in return he gave me the rank war teacher since i knew stuf from lisening syrtis chat and only brave noob to venture in WZ. we were friends and aldought his clan disbaned and a new random clan took his name we still are friends. every time i saw him i knelled and bowed to other clan members. i was an active recruter and clan member and when he made another char and left us i tried to keep the clan alive but most ppl stoped playing and he never logged in so i decided to take as many of those members into my own clan and if infernus comes back ill give him the clan(didnt know sht about clans back then). i was only able to take 3 ppl with me my good friend cuervo and the one, none of them where there to help me found the clan they put their alt chars in it and got good ranks. most that founded the clan are now gone and dnt log in mcuh but their ranks are still legendary.(a while ago i discovered these forums and began the hell rising rampage that is know known as the gigo era :bangin: )

MY CLAN: well this was about the time i was meeting ppl like edge and AWD. i meet edge in froums and suported the very well hated UTE project so in return i decided to make $$$($yrti$ $upremacist $ociety) which stook to me. i meet AWD and piz and some other guy in shaanarid it was me cuervo and us 5 pts going tru swamp in a nooby voyage made harder by my spam then teh decert it self and for some reason AWD became my friend since he is the only person that NEVER had me on my ignore list and without nowing latter he formed GoP which until now i found out HOLY SHT THATS UR CLAN :O. ok so when i made my clan i gave all helpers the rank of superior which allowed the to recruit and began making the site on freewebs ^^ ptptpt. it was hard but we didnt become a good war clan since most of them were low lvls until by luck i recruited flekybom,talgeo and rastas. only talego plays now but they were the first big boom in our clan . just incase your wondering where i got the gangstas it was because from these forums i tought all of u were EMOs and stiill do so i desided to see if i can find someone else like and till this day im unsucessful.

the biggest pt NOW: well since i knew there were no rappers in this game i went to war since i witnessed the sadest moment in game history...
THE FALL OF THE WARS: lag started getting worse ppl just chated and leveld and no one seemed to care anymore. fort wars went from 3hours till a.3 seconds and it wasnt lags fault it was the....HIPPYS!! :dumbofme: no one helped out and we became the worst realm, ignis had 60 ppl in pb 24/7 and alsius started retaliating from the misery they were in before. now all realms suck and the game is dying but only the strong survive and will be victorius in the end, us that lasted got our xim and soon as 2nd generation players will be like gods to the noobs. coming at that time to WZ i learned something and using it now is more needed; seeing all the new gigos running like pts not reviving hit me and now i regret it and my title is being fought for un allowing me to improve and all these litle fukin 12year old trying me realy pisses me off DANM I MISS THE OLD TIMES.

To me the "old times" were back in the early-mid 80s and involved 10 of my friends coming over so we could play D&D all day-night on a Saturday. Or a few years later doing the same in the Barracks when i was in the US Army and we had the rare downtime to play.

I miss the times when I used to say hunters were overpowered and everyone laughed at me (they weren't back then and hardly nowadays imho... but always have been damn fun to play).

I miss Hollowpoint and Zordak playing support while Night Twix hacked and slashed all the way, leaving a noob hunter farm some RP at will in fort wars. Tiamat would scream all over so that we left his favored enemy all for him (a warlock ofcourse), Niferdo would show up if he got bored of hunting (he's a "barbhunter"), Gpomal would be asking money to pay arrows while half of the time he would start fort wars without using armor in order to save in repairs! I miss grinding with impossible creatures in the middle of a 20 men grinding party at menirah beach, all grossos from beta or recently arrived, most of them gone.

I miss the aggro system and getting killed while tracking at lvl 30 something, next to a pack of aggros that would finish me in 3 strikes. I miss when MoD would get mobs around beserk... and onslaugh too ^^

I miss taking Kronta up to Medenet and Tenax to the WZ...

I miss Des, and Fub, and Stn and many others. But life goes on! New people have joined and they are 5 stars!

At least now Elrik is in Alsius, he's always have been such a pain in the ass to put up with! :superpusso:

I miss the time THuGster's chat was full of people having fun in war or while grinding. I miss the huge grinding parties at our beach and the suicide raids at/from Algaros. I miss the time when I didn't know the whole warzone yet. I miss the days I feared Ghosts of the Slaughter and times I never heard of the word lag. I even miss walking the whole damm way to pines crossroad to tame a pet after it died at a fort or times I got lost because there was no map. The game has become normal to me regrettable enough.

Hunters are dominant in hunts ... try to play them at fort wars, you'll say how dominant they are. Not saying that I don't enjoy fort wars with dracus, but that fort wars are easier with my warlock lvl 44, than my hunter lvl 50.
