Failed to load enter game world.

this a freinds problem he can log in fine ect...

but once he hits the "news" page with the enter game world option the "news page" simply wont load

also he was unable to get onto the regnum homepage i gave him the program on a disk could this be linked to it somehow?

There must be a problem with the modification of some files or a Firewall avoiding connections. I need more information about your friend's PC, specially his O.S.

I got the same issue on windows XP and Linux

I have a Linux Gutsy version - centrino 1.7 - ATI readon 9700
It was working well 2 days ago but not today. I haven't change anything on my Laptop.

So the case is:
1. I accept the terms of use
2. I enter login/password
3. I click on Enter Game World

Then it says "Verifying" as usually but nothing happen.

So I tried to download the last client but I had the same issue.

I got some log from Linux client, maybe it could help:
21:57:10: Error: Can't read inflate stream: unexpected EOF in underlying stream.

Also I noticed that there were a "lot" of people playing, about 578.

i got him further we allowed his firewall to let RO thru but now on the enter game world screen but the varifying bar isnt moveing...

From both windows XP and linux ubuntu, the launcher stops loading and I got the same error popup when I press EXIT :
Can't read inflate stream: unexpected EOF in underlying stream.

ngd are you investigating? do you need more information?
