creating character problem

So i just downloaded this game. I can open it fine, but the problem starts when i go to try to select my realm/create my character. I confirm my realm, but then, many times when select a different race, the game just crashes. This also happens when i change different appearance options such as hair, face, beard etc. Any help i could get would be awesome, thanks.

This problem was reported on the spanish techinical support, so maybe something goin on.

why dont you both ask surak or niclam, they will help you.
