Can't put on armor for my class and level ?

Hello,

I am a lvl 20 Wood Elf Hunter, I have a "Composite cloth breastplate of Soft fabric". It requires "Archer level 20", I have the required level now but can't dress it.

Here is the screenshot:

Is it a bug, or I miss something ? Thanks.

I've the same problem with my lvl 20 dwarf marksman exactly the same armor and can't put it on. Thought at first that it was a Hunter armor but know now when i've seen this that it's a problem for all archers.

Hmm could it be that that type of armor is race specific? I do know there are some things that can only be used by some races? Not sure if it applies here but check into that maybe. I tried to use a helm on my conjurer and it said my race would not allow it or something to that effect.
Note that I missed the msg saying that a few times before I did notice it say it on screen. Try double click the armor and watch middle of screen see if you get a msg maybe?
No idea if armor is race specific as well but i know some things are or at least certain races can't use them. They should add it to the description though so people don't buy stuff they can't use.

It's the same from the tailor in Doshim Town as well as Raeraia Town.
All of the gear is locked up to level 23 which is ridiculous and you might as well wear the same equipment for 6 levels (17-23).
NGD why is the equipment unavailable for the Archer?

so i'm lvl18, should i stick with the armour i have till lvl24?

It's actually the lvl 20 enhanced that's not available (Armor:84 ) so stick with your lvl 17 (Armor:76) and next purchase can be level 23 (Armor:96 ) to save a few bucks.
