View Full Version : Problem with logging in! Autopatch Server failing

I have a HUUUUGE problem. I got a new computer, (Imac) it can change to Windows, so i can open the login page, but when i enter my password and username, it says "Connection to autopatch server failed" I tried downloading almost EVERY SINGLE thing there is to download on the Regnum Online... But it still says the same thing! It makes me so :fury: !!!!!! Please email me at tommyboy294@gmail.com and answer my problem if you can! =|

I have got an annoying problem! When I want to log in, the accept button of license and agreement does'nt appear! :tsk_tsk: Please some one help me because I really like this game, i tried to contact NGD with this problem but they coud'nt help....... if u can help then add me on "deadlyfighter_99@revenge.com".

Hello,

Can you give us more information to try to analize your problem?

First, What firewall are you using? Does Regnum Online have access for the Internet?

In case, can you please allow these ports to be opened for Regnum Online, as follows:

You need to allow traffic to the following ports:
- TCP protocol: 48000, 48001, 47300, 80
- UDP protocol: 9660

This should be able to solve your problem. If it does or not please check by here in this topic.

This is more than just a windows issue, happens in linux clients as well even with ports open. Sometimes waiting just 5 minutes allows it to login.

I can tell you I am using Mandriva 2010 (2.6.31.6-desktop586-1mnb).

I am using a new Compaq CQ60 with 2GB RAM and an nVidia GeForce 8200.

My firewall is shorewall/iptables but they are both turned off:

The client starts and the license page just shows "loading...". After 3 or 4 seconds the "Accept" button finally becomes active but the license never shows.

If I click "Accept" I can type user and password but all I get is the error message saying:

"Connection to autopatch server failed"


I used the same user and password to login here and post this message so this is not a username/password issue.

There is no output on the terminal to display here unless there is some debug flag I am unaware of to use.


So what could be the issue?
