Dark skin, red eyes, usually black hair.
Natives of the province of Morrowind.

I know what a Dunmer is. He's talking about me.

These are the surviving elves of Tamriel, not counting the Chimers Vivec, Almalexia and Dagoth Ur
(if you didn't kill them in TES 3, you ass!)

Some say the Dwemer and Orsimer are also Mer, but this has not been confirmed (but it would be logical, since they are decendants of the Aldmer)
