Game crashes when moving window at start

I have a minor problem:
I run regnum in windowed mode. When I start the game and I see the gamigo logo the game crashes as soon as I move the window in an other position.
It happens all the time I do it.
It's no big issue since I can wait until character selection screen to move my window in better position. So I don't crash.

edit: it also crashed when I move the window whrn the NGD logo appears. When the video about regnum starts I get no crashes while moving the window. But moving it while NGD and Gamigo logo are visible will cause an instant crash. every time.

OS Windows XP SP SP2
Intel pentium M 1,5GHz
512 MB RAM
ATI mobility radeon 9700
running game under directX

Cumerie... same for me... but Regnum does not crash.. I have to cancel the progress to do anything again on my desktop.
I also had some bad issue during changing view while running and hitting the window border. Then no keyboard interaction was possible anymore - very bad when running.
Happened two times. The first time i killed the process. The second time i could work with my mouse into the chat input window and could enter text there... then it worked again.
