These are the facts: Me and my brother are playing with same account and different player in the same computer. Now we are on two different computer, but neither me or my brother want to restart. Is there a way to play in the same time, with different players?
Since i have quite an experience with it i know the risk is that both choose the same player, breaking the rules.
What can I do?
Someone is going to have to restart a player. This game is still in beta and all players will be wiped anyway so it will not matter in the long run as everyone will have to start from level 1 again at some point.

OMG! Is that true!? o.O Can You point to some text where I can read about this? Honestly, I do not want to waste my time developing my character, than! - Instead I would develop 3 different characters, learn as much as I can what can I do with them, various combinations of skills, etc... Then, when final release comes, I will know what to do. ;)

Yes it true and it is common practice after beta phase is over most games of this type will wipe the database at the go live date. I can not find the official post on this but it was on the Spanish side. The whole point of this is to have fun, find bugs, and help make the game better.

From the NGD contract (you can read the full text when you start the game)
[...]
2. b) the product and any application derived from it may suffer alterations, unforeseen changes and modifications without previous notification at any give time.
c) The sole participation on this stage does not guarantees in any way that you may play the game after it's commercial launch.
d) All the information contained in the different files and registries generated by the users in this stage are not guaranteed nor their data integrity. They might be accidentally or voluntarily erased.
e) Besides following the rules of conduct (see paragraph 6) and the conditions of this beta period, the users accepting to participate also accept to strictly obey the confidentiality of this agreement, protecting the integrity of the data, information, account details, software, images, characters and other game related material as well. Under this clause, the users agree to this restriction and they commit to not disclose, transfer or publish publicly none of the aforementioned materials during this testing period. If a violation to this restriction is discovered, NGD will automatically erase all account related information from their servers and reserve the right to legally pursue said failure to comply.

Yes, it will be free, with premium content.
Regnum Online is going to be Free to play! (2006/10/13)
After quite some time debating about the business model of the game, we have decided to make it free to play.
Now comes the question, how will the company be able to maintain the project, offer tech support and several worlds.
The answer to that is that in time we will be incorporating premium content that will be only accesible by paying but the basic game will be free for everyone to enjoy.
To celebrate this grand event we have revamped the entire site, as you may see, and soon we will be incorporating a players guide and an improved version of the support section.
Please bear in mind that the game is still under development and some parts might not work properly. In the upcoming months work will be focused on overall optimizations and polish.
