Yeah I know. You Tube ruins graphics sometimes. But there's a way to make it a little better. I just forgot how. .... Oh yeah change format. But if there's a better tubie with that won't change graphics, we could put our entries there. So far I know none. Sure there's Fanpop but loading takes forever.

Well I like the funny parts. But I won't tell. Some peeps don't see what I see funny. ;)

Lol ty Pheonix :P. Vimeo.com is a great video place. Great graphics and uploads quick, depends on size of movie.

Thanks. I'll try that sometime. NGD didn't say it's a must on you tube. You Tube was only stated as an example. So If Vimeo.com works better, then I'd go for it.

Hehe thanks. Actually it does say it must be uploaded to Youtube.com. I read it somewhere, I think it was in the original Kailers post or the rules he uploaded.

Thank you both of you :). I know thats why I chose this song ;).

No, read again. It says the exact opposite. Not that it matters, you don't have the copyright to the song you're using, the video will be rejected.

Hi Gustav (Znurre, I guess!),

You may use any kind of soundtrack as the responsible for copyrights will be the video hosting service. If you have the permission, no problem will arise.

On topic: I do like the soundtrack, and the most of your video, but I highly dislike the effects like color change and additional speed.

These usages fall under Fair use (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use), which is why copyrighted music is often allowed in YouTube videos. It's only a copyright violation if the original song is distributed alone, intact and at high resolution (quality).

Also known as... copying. :)

im sorry miraculix, but buying the copyright implies when benefits are expected

for personal use, you can upload such video

that's why youtube gets sued, not people who upload videos. Because youtube gets profit
(and mostly if the band/singer even gives a $hit)

Correct...Miracu.....your not quite correct. YouTube takes any video that is uploaded and checks to see if they have a copyright agreement for that song. If they do then it is accepted, if not then your entire video is rejected. Additonally, some artists refuse to push copyright infringement laws (like Bob Marley and all the Marley's).

They must have changed it then for some reason, I clearly saw it as the 7th.

I'm rather sure that using a song for the commercial promotion of a product without the artist's consent does NOT fall under Fair Use.

Because that's what these videos are for, they're not for our entertainment.

nope, I've seen those dates from the beginning, maybe you misread it ;)

btw, Nine Inch Nails encourages fans to download their songs from internet. xD
lately they even published their new albums for free in mp3's
