Graphic crashes during relogging user

In windows XP. When I log off as a user and I log in again I can see only an empty window in ROs screen place. Any way to fix it? :(

If this happens after the presentation videos or when the window opens after clicking "Enter the World", then try deleting this files:

characters.sdb and characters.idx from LiveServer folder
