Transfer a character

How does one go about this? B/c I'm getting a new laptop here in a little bit.... but I'm not wanting to lose my character...... b/c before i've lost my Dark Elf when I reinstalled linux.... but when I run the Windows .exe off of my Flash Drive and sign in to my account...... it's right there for me to use..... is there anyway for me to transfer my character's data?

Hello 133794m3r,

Your character stays in your account and are saved directly to the server unless you delete them. You can't transfer a character from one account to another. You cannot transfer them from one server to another neither.

No matter if you use linux or windows, your account will always have your characters inside it.

well yeah I know this... it's supposed to do that... but right now... I don't have my dark elf acessable.... for me on my linux machine.. when i reinstalled my OS after a cascade failure.... I re dled the installer..... and it took me to the 3 realms page.... and yesterday I used my flash drive as it said... and my dark elf is still on it.... so yeah.... it's a crazy glitch....

Hey again :).

I think it might be a similar problem another user is having, but I am not sure.

NGD is currently off of work. Hopefully when they get to the office they can probably check whats going on.

If your character was from the beta time, the server did a complete wipe of characters when it went live (over a year ago now).

Have you checked if you didn't log on the new Horus server and not Ra ?
