In announcements there is link to newsletter "for more info". In that newsletter, it still stays old date of promotion, not new one.

I partly agree. But I would also consider the endorsement of Horus. I read somewhere, Chilko says "Horus needs it".

:viking: That title is in the news section, not in newsletter. I expected that in newsletter will be added or changed promotion date, so it ll really give latest information, but not partly.
