Graphics problem

well i downloaded the latest nvidia envy drivers to fix the 'lines error' that most people were getting, including me, and i also disable compiz. i still get this screen though and i've let all the resources load first too.

[edit] FIXED: the two things that effect this little thing are post process and water quality. setting water quality above low will cause this or having post process on. also having terrain texture on high quality may make it laggy regardless of it saying your gfx can handle it.

Try disabling the postprocessing option.

didnt work, messing with some of the options one at a time though

In the launcher options, try enabling 'force safe mode'

Hi dagerx,

I have no problem with the latest drivers. Try using NVIDIA's official installer instead of Envy.
When you have problems, it is always better to install this way rather than from some package or utility.

If that doesn't work, run nvidia-settings and make sure no suspicious options are enabled.

downloaded the official new drivers and still didn't fix. the only thing that works is safe mode but i hate playing games on bare minimum graphics :S
