Although I'm not a clan leader and have never been one, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to put it on your CV.
People put a lot of time in their clan and definitely learn a lot about managing groups and handling problems. I think some employers would find this a great advantage. At least I think I would. ;)

I won't do it. Being a good team leader might be good on your CV, however I think you should find something else to show it :)

Gamers are seen as people who stay up all night and then come late to work. :rolleyes2:
This tends to not go down all that well with employers...
