when i try to start the game, i get past the little alien guy, and the movie, but when it trys to load up in the top right its got a blue bar and says download 99%. the it crashes and an error message comes up. any way to fix this? or should i give up on this.

opengl i think. does it matter? ill try changing it anf trying again

when i run it with direct3D, it loads but it spazzes out and it shows what looks like a bunch of corrupted code. with all the color spazzing , im afraid of it frying my brand new monitor.

What your graphic card? are your drivers up to date?

uhm im not sure. my dad usually does all the upkeep on the computer.

You can find that information on the game launcher when you go into options before selecting a world.

Or you can go to Start -> Run and input Dxdiag and you should see information about your system.

medion GeForce4 MX440. idk about the drivers. everything that can be auto updated is, if that helps

Sorry for the delay in responding, as I was searching for your drivers.
You can automatically find your drivers by using option 2 in the following link I will provide, hopefully you find the lastest driver for your graphic card product.

ya so i got a friend to help today at school, found out my graphics card is about 8 years old. so im giving up on this game for now, going ot try and get money fo r a new computer so i can maybe play this later with MUCH better computer. thanks for all your help.
