Unable to log in

When I open the game it saids unable to open requested HTML www.regnumonline.com/ar/launcher/ro_eula.php. i hit ok and it takes me to the log in screen. then when i try loging in it saids fallair to conect the server to the autopatch. At least thats what i belive the second part saids. The first error is in english and the second in spanish. But my spanish is still a little rusty. Please help me.

they are maintaining the server right now :D
it will be up again shortly, with an new and fresh game version (i think) ;)

The new version will also improve the game a lot.
