Disconnects

I've got disconnect after 2 minutes of playing no matter what i do or where am i. Everything was all right all the time but past three days. I don't have any outgoing ports closed on firewall. Alt+I says that udp is all right and tcp hangs at upload 64 b/s and download 0 b/s at that very moment.
Any clues?
