Weird crashes

It doesn't really crash... Regnum just shuts down for unkown reasons..

I'm using ubuntu 8.10 desktop edition
with nvidia 9 series
2.2 dual GHz
4 GB ram

I play and all of the sudden game client goes down, it doesn't give any kind of error message. It feels like Regnum was executed with out my permission. (And no there is no viruses, other users or anything like that..)

No output in the terminal/crash backtraces?

everything is empty thats the odd part of it

it really seems that someone would have executed regnum everynow and then when it occures.
Though now i played 5 hours with nothing but but sometimes it comes up, gonna check around what could cause it and post again if i get hang of it

The crashes were caused by a read error in the lines. This didn't appear in logs for some reason but when i modified the log system a bit to report everything that happens i got a hang of it and it was fixed by reinstalling :)
