cant get the game to run in english

i seen that i had to change something in my Liveserver folder game.cfg. The thing is, there is no game.cfg anywhere. So please help

There is a bug in the current version that resets the language to Spanish every time the game is run. The workaround is to click options and reselect English you run the game. It sucks but it works.

i cant even get into the game, it freezes after i log in.

Are you using Linux or Windows ?
EXACTLY Where does it hang up, on the ATI/AMD splash, on the NGD splash, on Loading Resources ?
Whats your hardware specs ?
Can you check any output ( console ) ?

i have a AMD athon - 2.14hz with a nvidia 5200 fx, it freeze right after i type my name in and pass then click the spanish botton for accept.

I occasionally have the same problem, the solution that i have found that works is to uninstall the game & also delete the NGD folder from my HD, reboot the pc & reinstall RO.

The 1 difference that i have is that the above only occurs when i recieve the dreaded "You have been disconneted from the server" (or words to that effect) message while playing & i try to restart the game.!

iv done everything, from adding files to my regum folder, to unistalling it and redownloading it. nothing seens to work, it crashes right after i log in. I so i cant change the language
