Hunters are overpowered - PLEASE NERF THEM! [Archive]

First hunters can camo it's so unfair we can't see them and they can escape every fight! I hate that. Moreover they fight with a pet it's like having two characters. And If you kill their pet, they can tame another kind of pet a pet that suits more the class they fight, they can tame up to 3 different pet in a single fight!!!!

Everyone knows that aggros are tricky in fight, hunters can avoid aggros by using the skill track mounster and make their way out of aggro! :fury:

If you try to kill their pet and you don't success fast they can put heavy protection so your ripost will do at most 200 dmg on the pet, that's totally unfair :fury:

Did I even say they run fast ?

The worst thing is that even n00b lvl 34 can revive his pet to kill you, so it's like fighting 1vs3. And if the hunter get in danger he can use track ally to find back up!

NGD, please nerf hunters!

On the last update hunter where made the worste .
Do you reach him, or did the hunter surprise you?
The surprise is the only "skill" that hunters can use to have chance of wining.

3 pets?? what are you talking about, it takes about 3 min to revive pets.

I thing you just had a bad luck day. To kill hunters nowdays is quite easy.

We are definitely overpowered. Look at uber skills we have:

Low profile. Best low mana detector. If I cast and it doesn't work, it's time to run.
Res pet. Everyone else at save, or inside fort, is bored and has nothing to do.
Ambush. Gives me time to have a sip of coffee, and keep that killing edge.
Track ally. Instantly tells me how many people are inside my pet at the fort door.
Rapid shot. All of those arrows noises scares the crap out of the enemy.
Shield Pierce. For when the fight just doesn't last long enough. Also good for helping with Crystal Guard Zero, and training enemy n00bs.
Tame lesser creatures. Because bugs are teh sexy.
Acrobatic. Bragging rights. "Teh barb almost didn't kill me that time!!!!1111wooT"
Wild Spirit and Mobility. We can make it back to the fort faster than anyone.

I could go on and on. Yes, it's not fair. We need nurf. :devil:

I would translate nerf more like to destroy, when nerving a spell it's kinda destroyed. To nerf is quite strong.

so when youre running your butt off mobbing and sotw+ escapist (assuming you didnt meet a barb who 1 hit KO'ed your pet) the enemy can giggle over its idiotic name like I PWNZ J00 or I Kill grinderz or something..thats all i see nowdays, the back of hunters heads or pets getting too far away for taunt..

Sorry to tell you m'dear, but I'm a hunter and we definetly arent the best class. Sure we can camo but that's one of the only things we have to help us, along with track enemy of course. We have low health and die quickly.

As for the pet thing....3 pets in a fight? Never seen that before 0.o It takes time to capture a pet or revive one...a pet takes awhile to even be able to rez it after it dies, and if you get attacked or hit by a mob while trying to cast it, it gets cancelled and you have to wait for it to cooldown.

And track monster? I dont know any hunter that actually uses that 0.o So yeah =D

We're definetly not the best class lol. And I'm sure NGD wouldnt 'nerf?' us lol.

omg 43 hits, that's too quick for a barb to counter when hunters have camo and track ally. I think it would be more fair if it was like 100 hits.
I mean hunters can run so fast they must have much fun in the game spending their time running!
hunters can camo and attack low levels, please make it so that any level 30 (or more preferably even lower) can kill a level 50 hunter because hunters can camo.
and take pets away, they are too much when hunters can have 2 bows already. omg they have 2 areas when they max short bow and long bow no one can kill them with all their protection spells and they have more hp than mages it is not fair.

guess why you haven't seen me online?

Can we also nerf sand, it gets in all my armour on efe beach and is a bitch to clean...

Also nerf Rain it totaly ignores waters armour and passes right through it to the big quishy bit underneath :o
